A QUOTE FROM COACH DALE
"The 2024-2025 season proved to be one of the most challenging seasons for our swimming and diving teams and staff for various reasons. In my 18 years of coaching I was able to watch our student-athletes grow in ways I never thought I would witness. This is a testament to their persistence to grow internally and extrinsically as character humans.
I am humbled by their growth.
The dedication and leadership of our amazing coaching staff of John Rodman, Sam Cottrell, Jazz VanScooter and Quinn Blair must be noted. Their mentorship to these student-athletes is paramount and one of the reason we are one of the best programs in Junior College Athletics in the nation.
I would like to thank our support staff Kyle French, Craig Dewar, Mike Cerame, MCC Facilities Department, MCC Association and our Athletic Director, Aaron Bouyea for another historic season for our Swimming & Diving Programs." - Dr. Dale Pearce
