NORTH EAST, Pennsylvania - The MCC volleyball team continued its perfect start to the season, defeating hist Mercyhurst North East in three sets in the team's Western New York Athletic Conference opener.
The Tribunes prevailed by scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-17. Monroe is now 10-0 on the season.
Chelsey Luce finished with 10 kills to go along with seven digs and Dayle Taber added seven aces and five kills for MCC. Jessica Jenkins added 16 digs, and Montana Vescovi dished out 27 assists along with five digs and two aces.
Rose Ayala chipped in with seven kills, seven digs, and three aces.
