Buffalo, NY.- The Monroe Community College volleyball team traveled to Erie CC yesterday afternoon for a 6 pm matchup between the Kats. Monroe won the first set 25-21, but Erie came back to win set 2, 25-19. This led the Tribunes to steal the next two sets, 25-22 and 25-18. With the win, Monroe advances to 2-0 on the season.
Game Highlights for the Tribunes:
Madison Farnsworth finished with 17 kills and 10 digs.
Claudia Hardie had 27 assists on the day.
Lacey Williamson and Hope Didas each had 4 blocks.
The Tribunes head to Tompkins Cortland CC this Saturday, September 25th with a 10 am start for their third matchup of the season.
